20 ml chocolate Ice Magic
1 cup crushed ice
30 ml vodka
30 ml Baileys
30 ml Kahlua
30 ml thickened cream
2 medium scoops vanilla ice-cream
1 medium scoop chocolate ice-cream
Drizzle Ice Magic around inside of glass, place glass upright
in freezer for 5 minutes to set. Meanwhile, combie ice, vodka,
Baileys, Kahlua and cream in a jug of a blender, blend on high
speed briefly. Add ice cream, blend on low speed until just
combined, pour into glass.
Note: If no chocolate ice-cream, replace with scoop of vanilla ice-cream and 30 ml chocolate topping.
