Mutt IMAPS setup for US office

Hi all,

To setup mutt to use imaps on marina from the outside, use the
following to refer to your IMAP inbox:

   imaps://wall.homelinux.org/INBOX

To refer to something inside your mail directory, use:

   imaps://wall.homelinux.org/mail/A_Mailbox_Name
  
You'll also need the following set in your .muttrc to default to it:

   set folder=imaps://wall.homelinux.org/mail
   set spoolfile=imaps://wall.homelinux.org/mail/My_Inbox

You might also want to use the following to make mutt feel a little
less laggy - I certainly found it helped.

   set mail_check=90
   set timeout=15
