Multilink ppp

Hi all,

I've just setup multilink ppp to ECN, it was pretty easy.  I created
two dialup configs to ECN using pppconfig, one called ecn, which is
the main one, and another called ecn2.

I added multilink to /etc/ppp/peers/ecn, and multilink and noip to
/etc/ppp/peers/ecn2.

The essential parts of the kernel config are:

  CONFIG_PPP=y
  CONFIG_PPP_MULTILINK=y

You then bring up the primary config and wait for it to connect
properly.  You can then bring up the secondary connection - this
connection can be taken up and down as you want.  If the primary link
drops, the whole ppp session is disconnected.
