Request tracker 2 command line

Hi all,

To resolve requests in request tracker 2, run the following on the
desired host (kernigan for the external system, mitnick for the
internal):

  $ sudo /usr/share/request-tracker/bin/rt --status=resolved --id=100-112

This would resolve all tickets between 100 and 112.
