Request Tracker 1 command line

Hi all,

To resolve tickets in request tracker 1 on the command line, run
something like the following on the desired host (morris for the
internal system):

  $ for i in `seq 34 52`; do rt -resolve $i; done

This would resolve all tickets between 34 and 52.
