Virtusertable falling through to aliases then local users

Hi BOFHers,

To set a domain up in virtusertable, you have to add it in
/etc/mail/local-host-names.  You can then put entries in
virtusertable, and all is fine.  However, if it can't find an entry in
virtusertable, it will drop back to aliases, then to local users.

To stop this, use something like:

  @plugged.net.au         error:nouser No such user here

as the last line in the virtusertable for the domain.
